Jan van der Putten, Chairman of the Board of Directors
CEO, President, Company Founder
Jan van der Putten founded Eyes on China, following 35 years as an international correspondent for Dutch and Belgium media in Latin-America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Van der Putten's enthusiasm, insight and perseverance during a six-year research and development phase in China working as China-based correspondent led to the company's breakthrough service, Registration and Incorporation Service.
Mr. Van der Putten frequently serves as expert on China's economy and politics on Dutch national radios, and conducts corporate, government and inter-institutional seminars for audiences throughout The Netherlands and China. Jan van der Putten has participated in addressing compliance issues related to the investment climate in China with the Social and Economic Council of The Netherlands (SER), and regularly speaks to business/corporate audiences on the use of the company's services in the perspective of internationally local business developments and Chinese holistic approach to life as a compliment to primary business solutions.

Henk Schulte Nordholt, Non-Executive Director
Senior Economic Advisor
Both a sinology and economy graduate Mr. Henk Schulte Nordholt started his career in 1981 at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague. During 4 years he was responsible for the nurturing of relations between The Netherlands and the Far East. He then served as AMRO Bank Director for China from 1985 until 1990 where he dealt mainly with financing Dutch-Chinese trade. In 1990 he founded Hofung Technology, a technology company providing state of the art technologies in the fields of granulated fertilization, gaz desulfurization and power generation. In 2004 he joined Eyes on China as a senior economic advisor.
Mr. Schulte Nordholt is author of 3 books, lots of articles and is a speaker at seminars and workshops focused on China and its role in the global economy.

Marco van der Putten, Managing Director
Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, Company Co-Founder
Marco van der Putten manages the marketing, financial and service operations at Eyes on China. As Chief Operating Officer Mr. Van der Putten oversees all daily operations including staff management, business development management, service processing and fullfilment. As Acting CFO Marco oversees the execution of all accounting functions including cash management and accounting forecasts.
As a sinologist Mr. Van der Putten has engaged in academic studies, studying in Beijing (PRC), Leiden (The Netherlands) and Paris (France). He is specialized in Asian business systems, in particular China's business system. Having a rich experience in doing business in China and a proficiency in multiple languages, he is often interviewed by local Chinese media to discuss the foreign direct investment environment in different regions of China. Having extensive experience in the field and having successfully achieved many legal formations in industries, he manages a team of professional consultants.

Mauro Emanuel Landau, Director - VP Marketing
Manager Market Intelligence
Mr. Landau focuses on working with customer service in delivering integrated and foresighted business solutions to our professional clientele. As Acting Manager of the company's Market Intelligence Service he is also responsible for this division.
As a Cum Laude graduate from Utrecht University his highly analytical mentality gives him the background to develop and process market intelligence information and determine whether small changes to a curbe are equal to the beginning of a new trend or are just a short-term conjunctural variation. Mr. Landau also manages a small experienced team of consultants dedicated to deliver the company's market intelligence services.
In addition Mr. Landau brings a deep knowledge of the Chinese Publishing industry to the company. He worked together with China's publishing industry in the past as an entrepreneur and provided consultancy to several publishing organizations.

Eva Zhao, Deputy General Manager
Senior Consultant
Ms. Zhao holds an overseas MBA degree in International Business and a bachelor degree in Financial Accounting. She has over 8 years working experience as an senior accountant and finance controller and 4 years working experience as a senior manager focusing on company legalization, accounting service and taxation. She is responsible for the Bookkeeping, Tax and Accountancy Service teams at Eyes on China.
Ms. Zhao brings an in-depth understanding of China's and the international services industry, only matched by her immense passion and enthusiasm for her work, to assist the company's clientele in (co)managing outsourced business processes.
Eva Zhao's role is to assist clients doing business in China with a minimum of foreseen risks and a maximum profit margin. Her professional industry knowledge and accurate work capability can assist our clients in their expansion and new business combinations in China.
