Eyes on China is a young and dynamic holding company founded in 2003 by China expert Jan van der Putten and his sons. Co-founder and managing director Marco van der Putten, in China since 1997, has the necessary China business experience and network.

We are a company specialized in providing professional business solutions. We started in 2003 offering incorporation services to companies that wanted to establish a legal presence in Chinese territory. The incorporation department was soon complemented by research activities as well as by a tax and accounting services department. As from 2008 Eyes on China started to offer supply chain management services to local, international and transnational companies.

Eyes on China manages business solutions for both private and public organizations who are aiming on seizing the huge opportunities China and its market place offer. In close communication with our clients we provide the most suitable package of business services needed to successfully executing business operations in China. Through our work we create added value that makes the client focus on its core activities and develop business opportunities that were not thought to be feasible before.

At Eyes on China we understand that every economic sector and organization has its own challenges with particular necessities and specific short and long-term goals. This is why we are an interdisciplinary team of professionals who, besides our capabilities in the technical field, have a deep knowledge and expertise in diverse industries in China. Staff and management are the core assets of our company. In 2008 we are a team of 20 persons in which each one is specialized in his or her own field and is committed to deliver the best quality. Being Chinese, returnees and foreign nationals we fluently speak 10 languages including Chinese, Cantonese, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Dutch. Each one of our project managers has at least an economic, financial or sinological university background.

Our holistic approach to business with high standard technical professionalism, cultural understanding, a person-centered focus and multiple partnerships with universities allow us to distinguish ourselves in the eyes of our clients and partners. The close contact with the academic world allows us to on one side obtain the most up-to-date knowledge in specific fields such as business law, and on the other side to train our staff on a constant basis.

Since 2007 Eyes on China also owns The Beijing Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS). ICS is an academic center located inside the Communication University of China, offering both academic and training programs in the fields of social and economic development, modern Chinese history and politics, marketing and communication.

Our client base mainly includes private companies and organizations from European, South-American and Middle Eastern countries.
