General Comments:
We are looking for an Account Manager who seeks a challenging position in the location above for market development and sales growth in specified markets. As an account manager you will report directly to the managing director. The role of the Account Manager is to build and grow Eyes on China´s business volume related to the BDA corporate partnership. The role requires solid sales, communication, account management, marketing and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling services under general supervision.
- Develop top key US and European accounts.
- Be accountable for closing deals with in particular the BDA companies and other established companies in mainland China for all business units.
- Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with company sales strategy.
- Adding value to services by visiting and interacting with established and prospective customers to ensure the achievement of individual and corporate sales and profit goals.
- Ensuring growth of sales.
- Identifying and developing under close guidance new growth business opportunities to contribute to the achievement of corporate sales goals.
- Ensuring excellent customer relations.
- Responding to customer needs, consistent with corporate standards, culture, and business practices.
- Consulting with team to identify and implement solutions to problems.
- Working in a team to ensure achievement of team and corporate sales goals.
- Maintaining sales records and generating relevant market/sales reports for corporate management as needed.
- Monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
- Developing a personal business plan under general management supervision to establish personal annual goals.
Requirements
- No restrictive or enforceable employment contract and non-compete agreement.
- Active learner.
- Responsible team player.
- Excellent and verifiable work record with performance-based credentials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in French and Spanish.
- Chinese proficiency.
- Minimum of three years sales.
- Knowledge of CRM and Office.
Experience
- 5 years proven key multi-national account management experience in hi-tech industry.
- Proven sales and deal closing skills.
- Existing relationship network with key decision makers at 2010 Expo companies.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a combination of high energy, self-confidence and interpersonal skills
- Effective presentation and project management skills.
- Sociable and presentable.
- Team player.
Remuneration
A monthly net (tax-free) remuneration in the range of RMB 15,000 - RMB 25,000, plus benefits dependent on qualifications and experience.
Extra
The ideal candidate could be a Chinese speaking foreigner, an American Born Chinese, a European Born Chinese or a mainland Chinese who has spent several years overseas.
