Application Requirements

1. Applying for Sino-foreign medical treatment enterprises ,Foreign and Chinese partners should be legal person who can bear the civil responsibility.

2. Foreign and Chinese partners of Sino-foreign medical treatment enterprises should have experiences engaged in medical treatment investment and management and meet the following requirements:

A. Could provide international advanced management experiences mode and service mode of medical treatment.

B. Could provide international advanced medical technology and facilities

C. Could reinforce or improve the shortage of the medical treatment ability medical technology fund and medical facilities in local area.

3. The joint venture medical treatment should meet the conditions:

A. Should be dependent legal person

B. Total capital is not less than 20 million RMB

C. The share ratio or profit of the Chinese investor is no less than 30% of the total share and ratio.

D. Cooperate time period is not exceeding 20 years.

E. Other conditions required by provincial public health department.
