Application Requirement
1. Chinese investors who wish to apply for the establishment of a Sino-foreign HR agency JV, must have an operating experience in the field for at least 3 years. The foreign investors also have to meet the same requirements (3 years of operating experience), including foreign HR Agencies, firms, enterprises and other forms of economic organizations. All investors should have good reputation.
2. Firms must be well structured and organized; the personnel have to be formed by at least five professional workers possessing at least a bachelor degree and a HR Agent Certificate.
3. The Minimum Registered Capital required is 300,000 US Dollars, in which the foreign investors must contribute with at least 25% of the total capital, while the Chinese party contributes with at least 75% of all.
4. The business plan, the management and the administration of the JV should be well planned and defined since the beginning.
All investors must be available to bear civil liabilities.
