For foreign evaluation organizations:

1. Advanced professional skills
2. Good reputation
3. Minimum revenue of 20,000,000 per annum
4. At least 200 professional evaluation staff
5. Abilitiy to communicate with senior Sino evaluation experts
6. Professional staff who wish to work in China have to be qualified Certified Public Valuer, with at least 5 years working experience in assets evaluation business, and rich knowledge and experience of assets evaluation

Other conditions

To register this JV agency, the State Administration of State-Owned Assets and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation request:

1. Minimum registered capital of foreign investor: 500,000 USD
2. Suiitable operation managers, professional staff and fixed premises for offices
